If everyone participating were a colleague I would have no qualms about asking them to download it. Plus I will not be visiting the young people in their homes and helping them with download/installation. Yugma looks like a great application, unfortunately not appropriate for this project. I think they are still building this site as it says beta. If you have that netpass in your browser, you will notice that you do get past lots of barrier pages though.
